Water shortage
I’m a tenant at south hills lifestyle estate. Every week we experience water problems. I’m not sure if these units were inspected before people moved in. If it’s not WiFi connection problems its power failure issues or no water for days. Yet we pay so much on rent and we also pay for electricity and water that we don’t even have at this moment.Really poor service.

Over and above the messages/notice letters we keep all tenants up to date with, we are always in contact with the council regarding any outages, especially those out of our hands. It is also worth noting that the water leak just outside of your complex is as a result of the overflow from the big water tank nearby which has been reported to council already and doing everything in our power to ensure the flowing water does not heavily affect the complex.
