Water readings incorrect, Afhco de*****ing me

I just called customer services and the agent was of no assistance, May (for June bill) my reading was 985 (up 7units) i payed R29.92 for 1 unit since 6 units are free. June reading was not included in my July statement Now in my September statement the reading is (13/06/2022 985 units and Readings for July is 998) 13 units up and i must pay R180.41 The reading for May is the same as that of june, i have never used more that 8/9 units in a month and I'm angry because i'm being de*****ed by Afhco as my statements clearly proves they made an error in their reading and billing.
