Water bill aftermath

Their service is horrible. I moved out 8 months ago. I was not aware that there was an outstanding water bill amount. I was suprised to receive an sms stating that I will be taken to the credit bureau for the R208 that I owe afcho. No email communication was sent to me regarding this. I had to call them to find out what the outstanding amount is for. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
