Washing line ******* In a "lifestyle estate" that has no cctv

I've been living at Jabulani Lifestyle Estate for over 1 year now. The service has been soo bad from the very beginning. Still to date, I have not received any contract from the letting agent or the so called office.. I have tried soo many times to communicate with people from this company but unfortunately it seems as though everyone working there gets taken to the same 'stupidity and useless school' Tonight I came home to find that most of my laundry has been ****** from the communal laundry lines. After informing the caretaker, I was told that this isn't the first time that someone's clothes have been taken. Hebm says afhco has approved cctv installation since last year 2019 but still as of June 2020 there have been no cameras installed I feel as though there should've been an announcement AT LEAST informing tenants of the ******** activities happening in the complex. That way you would hang your clothes but know that you are taking the risk upon yourself. Not to find out about a communal problem once all your jeans are taken from the washing line. I'm really curious as to what will happen next, maybe my car will get ****** and because there's no cctv or PROPER ADEQUATE security at the gate, IL be told that they are sorry and nothing can be done. This company should just close down because honestly, how they treat PAYING customers is not OK. I'm not expecting anything to be done even after voicing out my concerns. But I hope this serves as a warning to anyone wanting to move into this complex specifically.. Apparently it's a "lifestyle estate" what a joke Thanks for nothing Afhco
