Very unprofessional

Afcho property AFHCO - Africa Housing Company so I have been seeking for my refund , emails and calls. All they have been saying was that the matter has been escalated to the relevant department, since December 2023.

The consultants are very rude. It’s very hard to get the “Supervisors” details to speak to them directly.

It’s funny because after moving out , the following day a new tenant moved in. But I’m struggling to get a refund.
