Very Unprofessional and Bad Service

I app**** to rent a unit at Calderwood lifestyle estate. I was told that my application was approved, I had to pay a certain amount to secure the place, I did that, only to be called by their agent on the day that I am supposed to move in at 12:39 PM (After sending a couple of texts to find out on the time I should come through) and be told that i cannot move into because their tenant cancelled the notice..

What an unprofessional team! What an inconvenience......
