Very Poor Service

Wow I've been staying in thier property for almost 3 years but today I was treated so badly just because I was behind with my rent with a R1000. They did even warn me I find my flat locked and when I asked the woman in charge, I was told she is attending a meeting for almost 5 hours no help. Very bad customer service
