Very Bad Service and Incompetency of the management
<p>My name is Mbongeni Ndlovu I was living at 81 Rissik Street JHB at room 505. I gave them a notice in September 2016 that I am leaving by the end of October 2016 since young professionals were told to move out and I was told I will get my deposit money within 7-10 days and now it is the end of November I haven't received any feed back from the Building Manager Tumi his cell phone is off and they do not answer their phone at the office. I even sent an email to a lady called Nqobile and she never even responded to me. This is her ********** If I do not receive any feed back by today I am going to take further action.</p> <p> </p> <p>I NEED MY MONEY BACK</p>

Our record indicates that the snag move out checklist was received on the 28/11/2016 and there was no notice that was received , hence deposit will be offset for the 1st Of November R 3249.20 therefore no deposit refund .
