Very bad service

I am very disappointed with afhco. I have been staying with them for the past 4 to 5 years. So now I have decided I need a bigger place. I have app**** for the internal transfer and guess what it was rejected reason being my credit record is bad. I have a place with them where my account is up to date month in and month out . The funny part is I can still continue to stay with them in the same room that I have been occupying for the past 4yrs. How does my credit record affected change of room . It's not a new application because the same money that iam now paying , I will be paying in the other new room number. What's the difference. I am really disappointed , considering of getting myself a new place in other companies properties.mxm
