Useless customer service

This company doesn't care about their teanants, if you lodge a complaint they don't follow up and tell you the feedback, The response you will is the illtreatment of switching off your electricity without any feedback of some sort, they did this to me, i was overcharged on water and i placed a query then i was told to wait pending investigation, while i was waiting they just cut off my electricity without any explanation and i had to follow up to say but why behave like this cause you said you gonna call me back, then they said there was no problem that they found, this month again they overcharged me and we decided to to an investigation with the caretaker and the handyman, only to find out that the meters were placed visa versa and before this flat used to use hot water to flush, now that they see their flop they just keep quiet and they don't want to solve it
