Upset tenant

If it were possible to rate them No stars I would..Only the rudest management Is found here.. specifically at 120 end Our room just got charged for littering when we are not the ones who threw anything out the window and they have no proof either but we are getting charged either way. Also the manager told me to " shut up" and "this is not your room you're just a mere sub tenant " when I tried to explain that i have extreme ulcers and I don't even eat tomatoes yet I Am the one being accused of Littering!!....
