Unhelpful.

I keep receiving emails from Saya Recoveries which is a debt collection company, apparently I currently owe R11000 for my property that I never had. I wrote back to Saya letting them know that I have never stayed at an AFHCO building before but they insisted that I need to pay the funds. I then took it upon myself to go to AFHCO head offices and enquire about this issue and they said they couldn't help me, the only thing I can do is to go open a ***** case and get a case number then I can come to them for assistance. I'm so disappointed and so angry because I really have no time to be dealing with something I never participated in and now it's my own baby to carry.
