Unhappy Tenant

I'm so greatly disappointed at Afhco. I have been their tenant at Panama House ever since that building started letting out in 2017. It was under Mafadi by then. I have never owed rent at any given time. The past year has been tough for me as it has been for everyone but still I pushed to keep up to date with my payments. To my surprise I was told I owe R1200 in parking fees and was even blocked from purchasing electricity to a unit that doesn't owe rent. This Tinashe guy at the office I explained to him that I don't owe that much. He spoke to me over the phone and said he will speak to the building manager to verify my story.. It over the phone. After tracing the so called missing payments, he calls and let's the lady at the reception to tell us that the payment has been verified, they unblock my meter. No apology whatsoever, after spending a night without electricity. I still pay R400 for parking yet tenants who signed after me are only paying R250. How fair is that? Their rentals have been subsidized but we have been there ever since but we are not as important as new tenants. I feel I deserve that subsidy and an apology for not keeping your books in order. Maybe you guys need to be audited to check if your books are in order coz your accountants ain't doing a good job. So disappointed, maybe it's time to move.
