Unhappy tenant

I actually wish it was possible to leave half a star if not zero. This is the worst company to rent with, please stay away!!! Customer service is the pits!! I have been waiting for assistance for close to 7 days, I had to make a follow up because id still like to pay my rental on time. And you can tell the stuff has no sense of urgency I was told this issue might take up to 7 days to be fixed, that time I emailed my PoP about 7 days ago!! Save yourself the trouble, do not rent here!!
