My name z thobeka , I use to be a sub tenant @112 ilanga house when the daughter of the main tenant that I used to share with decided not to pay rent till the unit was locked with all my belongings last november, I hv bn sending emails to customer service wantinh to know how much is outstanding so that I can pay it n get my belongings bck, bt up to now I hv not been assisted instead they are telling me to ask the main tenant to contact them, I hv explained that I no longer hv contacts with her,I jst want to know how is outstanding so that I settle it & get my belongings back, I also do not understand y will they with hold my belongings when I have no legal agreement with them.
