Unfair treatment of tenants

AFHCO installed a new faulty biometrics system at their 183 Cavendish residence, it is able to read some finger prints previously registered on the old system & not others. In June of 2015 the notice board had a note threatening us with homelessness as it stated that the security would deny us access into the building if we didn't go to the offices to update our fingerprints by 30-06-2015, even though we are still paying rent & the fact that the problem was created by a system installed without even notifying us. Getting to their new offices is a challenge as it is far & closed by the time we get home from work & like AFHCO, some of us also work Saturdays. I took half a day off work to comply with the unfair ************, as it is not our fault that the new system is defective. Even after reregistering, our fingerprints still did not work. On the evening of 20-07-2015 a small crowd of us whose finger prints did not work were crammed at the entrance, denied access to our living spaces. AFHCO should insure that their faulty biometrics system is rectified with minimal disruption and inconvenience to us as paying clients instead of further harassing us and infringing on our right
