Unfair treatment at Afcho platinum place

7 JUNE 2020 From 22:00-approximately 1am listening to the noise shouting, screaming nd music sound off tenants of room B3 at platinum place, Afhco has a rule around loud music after 11pm.. 2 complains had to be done today for this guys to switch off the music, This is not the first time the same guy in the room doing the same thing. So i want to know that rule applies to which tenants?? Because am working Monday to Saturday and to wake up in the middle of the night to report a grown ass man to switch off his music and limit his nosie is irritating..

Today 10th JUNE i was told by the same guy i dont know who am dealing with.. According to me and how i understand the rules of a Complaint, If there is a formal complaint that is raised an investigation should be done and find out if the claim is true or not.. But not at Afcho the building manager is close with tenants that he shares this information with them before a formal investigation is done. And i get to be threatened by tenants. I pay rent on a monthly basis and i have the right to complain.
