unfair final Written warning

I have received a final written warning for something that I did not do. I am the main tenant at Atkinson unit 145 and what happen is that one of the guy who claims to be my visitor caused trouble at the security late night when I was sleeping. He was not my a 145 visitor they failed to call me on my polycom about this but they are happy to just give me a final written warning without any formal incident report or anything that notify me for this thing. what I fail to understand is why I'm I receiving a final warning for this of a incident report cause this was not with my control. does this mean now I should starting looking for a new place because I have final written warring.<br> <br>
