Unfair building manager

I have been staying in 352 Bree Street for close to a year. The noise of kids running around in corridors is deafening. Neighbors play music until AM. When I complain to the building manager he doesn't care, lately he doesn't even reply to my messages. My anxiety is worse since I stayed here. Whatever you do, don't rent afhco flats.
