Unfair Billing and Super bad customer service

I have been with AFHCO since 2017 @ 120 End st. I moved to South hills April 2019 due to some issues at 120end. Encountered worse problems in South Hills(C402) amongs others. Most tenents had problems with DSTV/fiber connection n reported many times under Peter Hlongwane as the then building manager. It was fixed but in Novermber there was a R598 bill for ''ariel & satellite compressor'' on my statement. I asked the current building mananger 'Bongani' and he said pay what u know and ask head office abt this amount. I sent many emails since november 2019 and even went to the office myself. I was told they are aware of such and will reverse the charge for which it did not happen till today. In January i visited the offices again and insisted to talk to Peter Hlongwane who was in charge the time i moved in. He played hard to get...for which he said over the phone/help desk he will reverse the charges. It did not happen avoiding me till March. I went there again i finally spoke to him in person saying i was not charged for fiber but something i asked for in November. He sent an email to Peter Uys(24 March 2020) to investigate the invoice number' 108985'..He said i will get a feedback by 12h00 noon. None happend. I called him (Peter Hlongwane) after noon and could not get hold of him even went there the following morning waiting for an hour he did not come to the reception so i went to work coz i was late. Called him again some time in April and he was RUDE he hanged up the phone. My huge problem now is that this whole this thing is afecting my credit score coz they say now my account is in arrears since November 2019. ''Poor customer service ever'' worst thanks to you Peter Hlongwane I CANT WAIT TO MOVE OUT
