Unfair and dishonesty
The agent who assisted my is very dishonest. He assisted me to get an apartment at panama house unit 133. Our initial agreement was I will be paying R4300 for rent but all of a sudden the rent is R4561. I sent through emails to customer services and nobody got back to me. I'm very disappointed because now they holding me liable for their consultants mistakes. I refuse to pay R4561. They say that the lease stipulates that I must pay R4561 but on the day I signed the lease that was not communicated. I don't have R4561 to pay because I budgeted on R4300. If I knew that this is how they treat the tenants I would have never signed up. I need this to be amended accordingly. I spoke to quite a few tenants and everybody had similar complaints. The emails I sent explained everything but the management team did not even try to contact me and thats very disappointing.

Like I said previously I was advised that I will be paying R4300 not R4561. Your consultants should be held liable for this not me. They are inconsistent and like I said previously I will not pay that amount because nobody advised me of that amount. I was supposed to get a 2 room apartment for R4300 then another consultant sold it when I went to sign the lease. Upon signing the lease I was just told sign here and initial here no rent amount was provided and for that I cannot be held liable. I will be paying my R4300 and then the rest of the money you can deduct from your consultants because they didn't do their job. To be honest the way you guys work is pathetic and I will never recommend afhco to anybody. You need to higher more experienced staff. So once again I will not pay that amount because nobody communicated. On that day we calculated the amount, me and Percy and there was an excess amount of almost R900 which means that the rent was even less. So this is very ********* and unprofessional. You need to amend my rent amount because of your consultants. They were more concerned about commission and not anything else
