Undue repairs and maintenance charges
Afhco charges their tenants for tile repairs that are due to poor workmanship. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVEN THINKING ABOUT RENTING AT ONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES.

02 Dec 2025, 11:12That’s incorrectly, the shirting wasn’t REPLACED, the tile was just put back with cement. And it was just ONE tile.
The tile didn’t fall due to vandalism or negligence!
