<p>i have had the most horrid experience with afhco. every month, i pay my rent via eft. i send them proof of payments via email but, allocations remain a dream. i always get my lights cut because of their ailing allocations process. i always have to walk to their offices. the consultants always assure me that it's been sorted. when i request to speak to a manager, i am never granted that. now, tomorrow i have to make the monthly trek to, afhco, to squable. I wonder when will one ever get service rendered to me.</p>
why is afhco acting above the law? only a court judgement can grant them the power to cut a tenant's access to utilities
