Unbelievable charges difficult to understand :(

Good day

I'm really shocked with such, last month September my rent was paid in two dates but in full, my lights were not switched off and my doors wasn't locked or changed keys but to my surprise on my statement month end I was charged an extra amount of about R700, then I went to the office to query this on the 1st Saturday morning then was told they'll give me feedback via sms as the credit controller is not available weekends and only available Mon to Fri. Then on Monday received an sms stating that Afhco have fixed the charges on my statement and some of the error charges have been reversed, but later on received another sms stating that I must pay the same amount, I noticed it was becoming a pertain, seeing that They didn't switch off the lights and didn't lock my door because I had paid my bill fully in two days and the main reason I PAID in full to was to avoid being charged huge amounts of money, but still even though paying my rent in full last month was a waste as I had borrowed the money to clear my credit once and for all and to avoid future charges on my name but it seems even worse with the September statement admin charges that I don't understand how and why??? on Saturday the 8th spoke to a gentlemen at the office who made matters worse and was showing me a totally different statement making the whole statement difficult to understand all together and he was telling me I don't but I was there clearly to understand why am I being charged such amounts.

Unfortunately I did not get help as I tried to explain to him that the statement he's showing me is not the same with the one I received on the 25th of September.

I still believe the charges on my statement should be removed as they only sent me an sms stating they did reverse some of my charges but no charges were removed.

Please help with urgency to this regard.

Regards

Thank you for bringing your query to our attention. We, at Afhco Property Management value your communication and take pride in attending to and resolving your query as speedily as possible.

As per our conversation at Afhco office on Saturday the 8th of October, you were advised on the late payment charges and referred to clause 6.12 in your lease agreement as well.

We confirm that payments was received on the 5th & 12th of September 2016. Regrettably, the charges for late payment stand and due.

Should you need any further assistance or require any additional information, do not hesitate to contact us at *** or telephonically on ***.
