Too much Noise

So Jabulani lifestyle doesn't have rules whatsoever because I see people have been complaining about noise since 2018 and nothing is been done, I stay in block D level 3 we having same people every day making noise with music and screaming on the balcony until after midnight, can we @least have curfew in the complex some of us have children who needs to sleep as they going to school, some things can be controlled, Please take action about these people we are all paying rent.
