This Afcho is a real pain

So when we signed our lease /contract it clearly stated that our rent is 5126 and after a few months it started increasing to 5200/5400 and today we tried to buy electricity but our meter number is blocked and when we check as to why we were informed that our meter is blocked because we owe and we paid electricity on that that was 5195 that is the amount we paid and we now have to suffer because Afcho decided to block our meter number without any communication
