I dispute the carport damage as I was not notified of it. I don’t ACKNOWLEDGE of it as I didn’t sign anything, please send me tangible proof of when I was notified of the damaged, came and signed for it. Which car damaged the carport-send me video. I need my refund please.

The curtain rail (which costs R100) it is there and not damaged, I needed to return it back and why charge R1800 such a huge amount and the walls were clean(when we moved in the walls were not even newly painted, you just wiped).

When we found the place there was no Gas remote given to us (so how can you expect to get something back whereas we were not given??????, we had to borrow from neighbours.

I gave the notice on time, you just want to deduct unnecessarily, your new Building Manager David who replaced Bongani is the one who submitted late.

From R8500 deposit, I only received R3703.57, a good R4 796,43 went to your pockets for nothing. Everyone is complaining about Afcho I gave you benefit of the doubt but received R0 service, from no network, to a whole lot of things which I won’t end if I can start.

Please don’t find unnecessary costs just to avoid paying back the money. When can I expect my money?
