They run a ****

This is by far the worst property management I've dealt with my entire existence. They run a **** and do not follow the law. On the 25th of January 2024 they tried to evict me and told me I have to move out by the 31st of January 2024, the reason for this was that they said my child damaged the playground and I am liable for the cost and forfeirt my deposit. They did not check my lease agreement to confirm if I stay with a child, if they had done that they would have seen that I was the only occupant and I do not have a child. So they did not investigate and when I cleared that I did not have a child and was staying alone they did not bother apologizing.

Secondly. On the 6th of September 2024 I eventually cancelled my lease because of their mismanagement, by the 7th of September I had moved out. But in October 2024 they charged me rent. I had to call multiple times before getting assistance. We are now in November and it is the 7th of November 2024 as I am writing this, I still have not received my deposit and each time I call I am told "they are reconciling".
