they ripped me off

when i moved the wall above the kitchen had some yellow stains and the manager who was Aubrey .was doing a check in list ensured me that they will repaint that part even thou he ticked on his list it was fine he wil arrange maintanance guys to do it,time went by and i kept reminding him,an he ensured me that there is nothing to worry about,he resigned from afhco an a new rude manager Freddy took over,i explained the storry to him and he did nothing about it ,all he could say was its not his problem,i left the matter like that an whe i was moved out they did a check list an i told him again about the wall and to make note of what i said,he was very rude both him andthe guy assisting him,an they said i did not clean properly they will charge me i must talk to the cleaner and pay her to clean again and pay her ,which i refused, cleaned the place again,after they did the check list and i signed they kept writing things on the list which im not sure was after i signed,then my deposit took long even thou i sent everything they told me they did not see my bank letter first time,my deposit was short,management didnt wana hear what i told them regarding stains,they are a *******,and rude
