The worst property management company

Service very much unprofessional I deposited a flat and on my day to move in when I was outside with my family and kids was told the flat allocated to us was not available as the person who was to move out changed their mind. We where then put in a one bedroom flat for the weekend and told to go back to the office on Monday for a new flat allocation. Keep in mind we had paid for a two bedroom flat, all weekend we struggled and stayed in a small space and couldn't unpack all our stuff as we were told it was a temporary residence for two days. On Monday we spent more than two hours at the office trying to sort out a problem that wasn't our fault and finally we were given a flat that was nothing like the one we had picked, smaller and not renovated, dstv connection not working doors not closing properly and toilet flushing system not working properly amongst other issues and till today all the issues are not fixed
