The Worst Customer service.

AFHCO Property Management is the worst. Johannes, who works in their finance department has no communications skills, he chooses to use tone and threats, never wants to have dialogue. I was supposed to have paid R6000, I paid R5500 and now I am told that I need to pay R5500 again or face eviction. I sent numerous emails and none of them were responded to. My question is, what happens after I pay the R5500? What am I going to be required to pay come month end?
