The Parks under the management of AFHCO, NONSENSE!!!

I’ve been staying at the Parks for the last 5 years and I’ve never had this kind of problem with the previous management. AFHCO just took over and

A letter was hand delivered to my door at 8pm on the 13th of May. How rude?

The letter dated 07 May 2026 but delivered on the 13th of May 2026 with an obligation to make payment within 7 days meaning I should make payment by the 14th? Does that make any sense? No banking details were included in that letter,

The letter stated that my rental was in arrears, which puzzled me because I pay via debit order and I had not received any prior communication advising that I should make an EFT payment.

The following morning I went to the office to enquire only to find out that my account wasn't debited at all and no communication was sent regarding this. The invoice I received on the 22nd of April clearly stated that the amount due will be debited as per our agreement on the 25th.

No apology or accountability was received from AFHCO and I even sent an email no one bothered to respond. I will be seeking advise on how to legally deal with this and lodging a formal complaint with the Rental Housing Tribunal.

My advise, don’t rent where AFHCO is managing the place!!!
