The falls lifestyle estate 2 HORROR

This is the most horrible place I ever lived in, theres constant power and water cuts (apart from load shedding) without any explanations. The noise during the AM's is unbearably. The wall are paper thin you can hear your neighbor peeing. Once you move out, they refuse to refund your deposit. They'll charge you for repairs that were existing before moving in. This has been the worst experience ever.
