THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT AFHCO MPUMELELO IS SO POOR

I got a room at AFHCO mpumelelo building 62davies street last year i was staying there as a student at the end of the year no body communicated with me that i should remove my stuff, so i went home for december. When i come back i found out that all of my stuff were removed from the room to a store room where i didnt get some of my stuff i only got fee things but some of my stuff are gone i dont know what i should do now. I am a student. When i go to the managers office i was helped by this other lady that i forgot tr name.. when i tell her i need to take my stuff , she gave me an attitude which was not right to me as a customer, i was told that someone got into the room and is now using it. And i signed a contract saying that i will come back this year also but now my things were gone. ... the customer service at this building is so bad... the woman who is at thr managers office didnt treat me well. And she told me therebis nothing she can do. She just said i should go to the security office. I went there then they took me to the storage and got few of my things... my question was how can a manager fail to solve this problem.... and the most painful part is that she seems not to care about it though i lost my things. And just like that... i got a new place to stay but i dont have my kitchen stuff, everythig is gone, including my pots and plates..... THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT AFHCO MPUMELELEO IS NOT GOOD AT ALL. NOW I CANT EVEN REFERE OTHER ATUDENTS BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. And customer values are of important but to them its like they are just after money.
