The absolute nonesense that is Afhco property management

I would like to provide you with a brief description of what transpired and maybe,just maybe you might understand our frustration....

Early March we received a visit from a guy by the name of Marko,who was from a different agency who notified us that our unit had been sold, we then preceeded to get more info on what Marko had told us. We finally got the information we were looking for and then we were told to vacant the premises end of the month, which wouldve been end of March. Through out the month we looked for alternative premises which we found and then notified a Ms Laurene Levine that we would be moving out. Due to the lockdown we ended up moving out on the 26th of March . When we initially started following up on payment we were told that due to the lockdown payment would be delayed , we were unhappy about this because number one we were forced out of the premises at extremeley short notice because we were on a month on to month contract. Fast forward to May 2020 ,some companies are able to operate, we follow up again on our payment and we are asked for one document after the other , our problem with this is, why we were not told about this from the begining when we submitted our lease cancellation form .It has been two weeks since Afhco agents are in operation and and we still havent received our funds....im just wondering if one has to sell their limbs in order for us to get our deposit back

FYI i still have not received my deposit.....I was told paymenst are made Tuesdays and Thursdays , I submitted all documents last week Tuesday already, you would think come Thursday I would have my money but nope and now its a new week and theres still no sign of my money being paid to me. I Sent out an email to Laurene Levine and Kamogelo, telling them what nonesense their customer service is and they simply ignored my email . This is really disgusting .
