Terrible service at Panama house, 200 commissioner street.

i am writing this review sitting in the dark because my electricity was terminated even though i paid rent in time.i had to make several calls and sent emails and even notified the building manager, to get an invoice just so i can pay in time but despite that, 5 days later my electricity is still cut off. when i realised its off i sent proof of payment via whatsapp and email but the building manager ignored after reading and switched his phone off.since i moved in nothing on my list was fixed. even the toilet is broken.i was promised parking but my car is parked on the side of the road overnight. i have not received any communication addressing my complaints.
