Terrible service

This is for the third time writing and complaining about the leak that cannot be fixed properly. I stay in one of AFHCO building in Friendship town(Unit 38 Lethabong). Since I have moved in my unit, every now and then I get water coming down from the roof to my bathroom. I have reported this to the caretaker but when they fix it its just temporary and after some couple of months it happens again. On the 24-10 the water was coming down from the roof, have reported and written to hello Peter and it was temporarily fixed ,on the 2 December was temporarily fixed and now its Feb, its leaking again. This is frustrating and unaccepted because every time when I come back from work I have to sweep this water, Please do something about this Afhco. Please find a permanent solution for this.
