Terrible living conditions
I am a new tenant at the Jabulani Lifestyle Flats. We have a problem of security and dumping. At the back there are other glats and they dump just infront of our flat and we have a very short unstructured fence that is not even safe for us. Rats just come through the fence and straight to our units and also there are no cameras at the gate for those coming in and out. The fence us so short anyone can jump over knowing the crime rate in Soweto. No one is updating us not even letters to the tenants. We fear for our cars that park outside and security all thegether. I sent emails to customer service and I just get an automated responce via email saying they will respond in 24 hours its more than a week no one responded. I have taken images of what lm talking about. Upon application we were promised tight security but there is none. Not even an electric fence yet we pay so much.

09 Jan 2019, 21:05Who has my complaint been escalated to and what is the turn around time for responce as I am awaiting answers as to when will the wall be built at the back of our flats and also when are we going to have an electric fence erected. I also need to know what system will be used for access control besides scanning out thumbs because we need to know how do they allow non-tenants into our premisses and what system is used to record their details. I also need to know when the tiles will be put on the corridors because we have to keep mopping our floors inside because of the dust coming in.

I wanted to know who the matter was escalated to and all I keep hearing is that the matter has been escalated and re-escalated. We are living in a dump. No one has even gone to inspect what l am talking about its getting more and more everydatly because people are dumping their ******* right infront of our flat we have flies and its hot its smelling even. This matter is urgent we need to have a wall build there. We cannot live with rats and flies like that.
