Terrible Experience

The worst experience ever , Rental agent was rude and didn't assist us in any way after signing the lease .

We were charged for replacing a gate lock that was damaged by the previous tenants. We disputed the matter but we were threatened if we don't pay ,they would cut our electricity . We tried to communicate and try better understand the situation but they decided to cut our electricity without any reasonable explanation nor did they bother to communicate. We had brought this issue to their heads but still we were blatantly ignored by all .We where forced to pay for the lock in order to reinstate the electricity.Even their maintenance manager was shocked at the situation but he said there is not much he can do to assist.We had to temporarily move out as my wife worked from home.The worst part is we didn't fault on any payments as a tenants, these people are just ruthless individuals . This company is the worst do not get involved!!!!!
