Tenants affecting other tenants

I have reported the tenants in room no 926 in Atkinson House. I have sent 2 emails to customer services and got feedback on only one but the issue wasn't resolved. I have also reported these tenants to all 3 securities in the building as well as the caretaker. But it seems nothing has been done as these tenants keep on making noisy disturbances in the late and early hours frequently. Also they fight in the building and we don't want to be victims or witnesses of these as it puts our lives at risks. Its clear that this matter hasn't been dealt with. The sad part being that these tenants don't even need to wake up early but disturb us on a daily basis with noise. They scream, fight and when drunk make a run around banging my door. The sad part is these new tenants have only stayed here for about 2 months and previously we never had such issues. Clearly they don't care about other people renting in Atkinson house.
