Tenant at Jabulani Lifestyle Estate

My toilet was leaking and I informed the caretaker the problem was resolved 5 days after I had reported it. When I got the statement the water bill was 5x the normal amount I pay, I have been emailing customer service from November till today there's no reply and I could not get assistance from the call center.
