Substandard Customer Service - Not Matching the Value of one's money...

Its absurd that this Company's customer service non-existent, they seem to forget they're employed because of of the very customer they are ill-treating as if they doing them a favour to assist them. Before one could be heard, they 1st have to scream their lungs out even escalate to the CEO before customer services can them serious, is this how they run the business really?
