Stop playing games Afhco - I want my deposit
Last week I wrote about how afhco are making excuses about refunding my deposit and they responded asking for my details to investigate. Now they've gone quite and their customer service centre are also playing dumb and not responding as well. So much disrespect.

My initial post had a brief of my issues because the reasons provided for the refusal to refund didn't make sense and I elaborated on this in the email I sent to AFHCO customer services email address on the 7th of December and also requested additional information - can you retrieve this and action the email. Also, if you really wanted to resolve this issue you could've called me by now
