Still waiting for my refund
<p>I have been waiting for my refund of an admin fee of R850, for two weeks now. I was informed that this only takes 7 days. Maritz Coetzee who is the leasing manager at this company, informed me that the refund was requested and to follow up with Charlene who is the credit contoller. Easier said than done, Charlene never responds to any means of communication, email , calls. Please tell me how to follow up with someone who is never AVAILABLE. I am extremely tired with the service that AFHCO continues to render. The is no one to assist with simple request. I NEED SOMEONE TO URGENTLY ATTEND TO THIS MATTER!!!.</p>
