STILL WAITING FOR MY DEPOSIT REFUND

I don't understand why still today my deposit refund 3638.40 for unit 38 Lethabong hasn't been paid back to my account but the early occupation rent for unit 40 is demanded every month. At first It was the 1000.00 deduction, saying that the unit was not cleaned, whereas it was us who deep cleaned the unit, left it in a better condition than it was when we were moving in. They said my deposit refund was going to be paid after 7-14 days but now its been a month but nothing still. What is sad is that I have already paid my June rental for unit 40 and on top of that- the Geyser at unit 40 is leaking, the door doesn't close properly, we have rats running around in our unit, the bathroom tap for hot water is not working and this was reported but still haven't heard anything form afhco. We expecting to receive a good service from afhco since we are paying our rental every month without any problems but they do not care about us at all.
