Still waiting for my deposit

Hi,<br> I have been sending emails and calling without getting any positive feedback. I submitted a letter for terminating of my lease last year in October and left way before it ended and today I didn't get any deposit money. All the tenants were given 6 weeks to leave the building and when they did that I decided not to open a new lease anywhere or move in to any of their building as I made arrangement for myself to get a new place. I am still waiting for my deposit money. I believe I was supposed to get that long time ago.<br> So why is it taking forever to refund us? The deposit, is it not supposed to be given to the tenants seven days after? I was told so by the person I was communicating with, now if I send him a mails he just ignores me. Why dont they respond atleast for me to know where i stand with this?<br> <br> Hellopeter please assist.<br> Thanks<br> Martha<br>
