Still no Refund or communication for my Deposit

I raised a concern on Monday regarding a refund for my deposit, I received reference number(185478) to followed up with their Helpdesk. when I call their call center same story " after we received your bank statement you must wait for 7 business days. meaning possibly i will get my deposit after 21 business days. I wonder I will receive my money.
