Stay away from AHFCO Properties !!!!!!********!!!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would give them a zero.A bunch of ********. My partner and I moved were assisted by their building agent at South hills lifestyle estates who told us nothing but lies and allocated us to unit that had so many faults and told us we'd be moved to another unit since there is a lot that needs to be fixed. He also told us the lease is a month to month lease and we need to notify them a month before we move out. We did that and now that we have moved out they don't want to give us our deposit back and they are telling us we signed a 1 year lease so we cant get our deposit back because we moved out before the end of the lease. Mind you, we never signed a lease because the unit had so many broken things and if we signed their lease then we would have the copy. Customer services keeps saying the matter is being investigated. I am so annoyed because we don't have money lying around.
