Stay away from AFHCO WATERFRONT PRIMROSE

Important Notice: Tenant Experience at AFHCO Waterfront Primrose I strongly advise caution when considering AFHCO properties, particularly Waterfront Primrose. Based on my experience:

Customer Service: The building management Sharon has demonstrated a lack of professionalism and courtesy. She is rude !! Deposit Refunds: There are serious concerns regarding the return of deposits. Utility Management: Tenants have had electricity disconnected for non-payment of rent, which is not in line with legal requirements. Evictions: Reports indicate evictions without proper court orders, which raises legal and ethical issues. Maintenance: Building upkeep and cleanliness are neglected. Tenant Treatment: Tenants are not treated with the respect they deserve.

Waterfront Primrose has been particularly disgusting, and I am in the process of moving out. I genuinely feel concerned for new tenants coming in. Professionalism and compliance with the law should be the standard in property management. Tenants deserve better.
