Stay away from AFHCO by all means possible

I stayed at Frank & HIrsch since Jan 2014 till 30 November 2017 just to be told when I was moving out that I wont get my deposit refund as they will have to paint a toilet, lounge room and bedroom for R1200 each, meaning it will cost R3600 to paint each wall and not the whole unit. If you are looking for a place avoid AFHCO flats as you wont get your deposit back and their service is so pathetic that they treat their tenants like they doing them a favor.

why advising your customers to either call or send an email while you know you wont attend to their emails. I sent you an email on Wednesday after you advised me to, looking for clarity on my retained deposit as to how possible is it that if there's nothing damaged and I left your unit still intact and your stove unused for my 3 year staying at your property that you saw it fit that you keep my whole deposit. I still need want to know if it really needed the whole R3400 deposit to repaint part of my one bedroomed unit's walls not even the whole apartment or is another way of keeping your tenants deposit. It's all the matter of principle that if you used part of my deposit to repaint the unit you should have refunded me whatever was left and due to me irrespective of how much was it and for that I still say you *****ing from your customers if you wont send them the invoice to show how much was used from their deposit as enough proof that you not ******* by keeping their deposit I'm not talking of/ about the stupid moving out snag that doesnt say anything as it only shows the estimation amount as to how much it might cost to fix any damaged which is always higher than the exact work should the damaged be fixed. I still want to know how much of my deposit was spent and if it will be possible that you send me an invoice/ receipt.
